Ted Link

Ted Link, owner of Cascade Commercial, has been ranked as one of Colorado Springs top office leasing and sales specialists since 1986. With his unsurpassed knowledge of the industry, Ted has leased in excess of 4,000,000 square feet and has sold more than 1,000,000 square feet of improved property. Ted is a Colorado native and has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado since January 1, 1986.

Ted is a current member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, Colorado State Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Ted was previously part owner of Fidelity Real Estate Group and as such, served on the Board of Directors. He consistently led that company from 1994 to 2004 in terms of production, volume and commissions earned. He was named Fidelity Real Estate Groups Top Producer every year he was with the company. Ted Link’s professionalism and leadership helped many of the newer agents in the company achieve a much higher level of professionalism as well as production.

Ted Link’s other accomplishments include: 1986 First West Group’s Rookie of the Year, 1987 First West Group’s Top Office/Industrial Agent and 1987 Phase One Developments Broker of the Year. At Frederick Ross, Ted was named to the Million Dollar Round Table from 1989 - 1994 and was named to the Frederick Ross’ Presidential Club in 1990. Ted Link was named one of the most influential realtors in Colorado Springs by the Colorado Springs Business Journal.

Brian Norton

When it comes to knowledge of the Pikes Peak Region, Brian Norton is no stranger. Brian’s grandfather started Norton Office Supplies, Inc. in downtown Colorado Springs and his father continued the business for many years thereafter.

A Colorado Springs native, Brian brings energy and enthusiasm to Cascade Commercial Group, an industry leader serving the Pikes Peak Region. He works first and foremost to serve the interest of clients. He learned a strong work ethic from his grandfather and father, which he realizes is a key factor in the success of his business. Brian enjoys the unique challenges and opportunities working in the various sectors of commercial real estate.

Brian graduated from Colorado Springs Christian High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Pepperdine University. After spending a year in Heidelberg studying the language and culture, he earned his real estate license from Jones Real Estate College and gained business experience at Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles.

A member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors^® (PPAR), Colorado Association of Realtors^® (CAR), National Association of Realtors^® (NAR) and Realtor’s^® Commercial and Industrial Society (RCIS), Brian is committed to a high level of business ethics and integrity. He believes that relationships are best sustained by doing what you say and saying what you do.

Brian enjoys many outdoor activities such as mountain biking and hiking and is an avid tennis player. His hobbies include writing, sports, and traveling the world.
