Q. How do I know the listing broker will negotiate on our behalf? A. Cascade Commercial Groups fiduciary will be clearly known and stated in writing to all concerned parties and will remain with the client throughout the transaction. In the event a tenant or buyer is represented by Cascade Commercial Group, Ted Link will act as a transactional broker for both parties.
Q. How do I know that my listing assignment is not one of hundreds? How do I know my listing will get the attention required? A. Ted Link gives his personal commitment to get the job done. 80% of the listings leased are sold within the first listing period. Cascade Commercial Group will not undertake more listings than they can devote the required amount of attention towards. Cascade Commercial Group turns down more listings than they accept in order to ensure the capability to complete the assignment.
Q. Why should I hire a commercial real estate broker at all? Why not market the property ourselves? A. Marketing of a listing for lease or sale is a very laborious assignment.
