    Q. Is the tenant representative broker just another person getting in the way between the principal and the tenant, adding an extra step that is not needed? A. This process can take between 90 and 150 hours of time. Ted Link will be able to shoulder approximately 90% of the work versus putting it back on the tenant/buyer. Realizing our clients are very busy individuals, one cannot afford doing this process on their own or hiring a less experienced or unlicensed representative.
